If infrastructure is sea then employment is the ship that sails upon it. Employment is widely regarded as economy's major concern, because public satisfaction and Human development is directly related to employment, THE MORE THE JOB OPPORTUNITIES THE MORE THE HAPPINESS. Unemployment is not only problematic for the third world but rather 1st world also has to make sure there is job security. USA has to add hundreds of thousands of jobs every year to not only maintain their economy but those who fall out after college can earn reasonably and do not face any perils in life. If a strained economy does not add the required number of job every year, there are disastrous consequences of the economy becoming inundated with growing numbers of demoralised and unemployed young people. The main reason this issue is by far too great in the third world is because of lack of infrastructure and the economic activity in the country. And one must thoroughly understand that Education's importance lies in every aspect of Macroeconomics. Education would realise the workers value or the workers doom to poverty.  Secondly, the reason why the poor countries are unable to cope up with their increase in workers is miserable state of innovation. It is an important driver of high value jobs, directly through technological products and indirectly through the development cycle that once starts to run develops every sector of the state. Countries focus on research and development specialists to incur vital changes in an economy so to accomplish this the officials should be groomed properly and under right circumstances.

Solution:
Singapore is very well known to jump from an under developed sector to developed sector in 30 short years. Their foremost initiatives were plain and simple, the government expenditure for education department increased tremendously. They implemented a policy, the students who were excelling were given scholarships and sent to either Singapore national university or even overseas. Others were given technical courses to be efficient and effective which created one of the top Workforces in the world. Hence their conjugation of education and employment produced wonders for the economy so there is little to be imagined as the process is quite simple. Only sincerity is the cup of coffee hard to earn.
