Development is some times the weak spot where a country can stumble upon. Development is a priority for every nation and there values are judged by how well they are developed (the infrastructure of the particular country). Development does not always mean to build tall buildings but rather develop what is necessary and an immediate requirement. Roads, transport, commodities and commercial buildings are just a few examples. Sustainable development is a dream for many countries irrespective of their current predicament. Urban development is linked to industrialization of a country. The plan produced by each city or towns on how to build the right infrastructure which would not hinder the prospect of future improvements and amendments is at a lack of innovation and the broader picture is often ignored. Unlawful development refers to the buildings constructed whilst ignoring the major issues such as sewerage issues, water and electricity shortage. Traffic congestion also occurs due to the inefficiency of infrastructure leading to multidimensional problems.
Solution:
As the dirty politics and practices encourage even the faithful to corrupt should be stopped with immediate action. Other malpractices such as not abiding by the laws of developing a building should be scrutinized and surveillance should take place of the criminals. The basic human rights violation can be halted with placement of law enforcement agencies on the main hubs such as land grabbing on roads which can disrupt the traffic for eternity etc.
